Immaculately clean hotel with a nice lobby. The food was fresh with plenty of alternatives.

Would return anytime because this hotel suited our needs. The staff is amiable, the room is well-appointed.

The hotel was quiet and the location was very scenic close to the casino. I liked top-class staff, who kept the area overall clean.

Internet connection was terrible; cold breakfast, a little disappointed.

I loved this functional hotel with its perfectly comfortable location and sweet staff. The beds were relaxing, the room was silent and warm. The pool was good and I had good drinks in the Irish bar.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was weak.

It was a good place to stay in Cherokee. The hotel had a remote position very close to casino, the river, Smoky Mountains. Beautiful room, comfy bed, and large bathroom.

Immaculate rooms, lots of products for a quick breakfast. The fairly clean bathroom and the rest was fairly clean. Though some of the staff were lousy, I had a really comfortable stay. Remote location of this transit hotel was a bonus. And just next door to - Park and the river.

The staff was exceptional and we enjoyed continental breakfast. The king suite was non-smoking and cozy. And there was an excellent view over river. Our accommodation was set in a remote location very close to casino, the river, Great Smoky mountain👍

Clean hotel with stunning location in Cherokee near to Gatlinburg as well as the casino. Non-smoking, well-appointed rooms and clean bathrooms.

Loved the atmosphere of this continental hotel, peaceful location and non-smoking rooms. Comfy beds and an electronic key card, a radio and an iron. It was so sweet to get wake up service free of charge too.

By and large, it was wonderful base for sightseeing in Cherokee, had much fun. We booked a king suite with a sunny balcony, we enjoyed it. Also, free Wi-Fi was provided.

Would definitely go back, if in Cherokee. We really loved service and views. We had a balcony. Hotel provides free shuttle too. The downtown is within 15 minutes' walk.

A suite has everything you need. Carolina coneys and cream, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. A brilliant place for exploring Cherokee. Location met expectation.

Good breakfast, a huge variety options available. I appreciated the view from the room. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. Fantastic base for a weekend in Cherokee...
